Sheffield university student union shop

The University was looking to fully refurbish the shop during the summer of 2013; deadlines were tight as the shop needed to be ready for an open day and the arrival of students for the start of the new term, but the Sheffield sign makers were happy to help. The team were on hand to advise on design and selection of the most suitable vinyl graphics along with finishes and installation. A variety of suitable matt self-adhesive vinyls were selected to complement the painted wall colours in collaboration with the designers and the shop management - over 100 metres of 1220mm wide vinyl in total. Included in the project were all of the printed coloured header panels used on top of the gondolas. With everyone working together, the project was completed on schedule for the open day and return of the students. The result is stunning, with the vibrant graphics brightening up the shop. The Student Union Shop is open seven days a week and offers food and drink, stationery, cards, newspapers and magazines amongst many other every day essentials.
