Working from an initial concept designed by students, the design team at Signs Express (Norwich) re-created the artwork using the latest CAD based software and converted the student's designs in to 3D signage for the interior wall and glass effect external signage. The students are given the opportunity to study various work skills at the high school, which has been given academy status, providing pupils with the chance to gain work experience and qualifications in fields which they wish to pursue once graduating from school. The hair salon has been given its own identity, which sits within the schools own branding, in order to achieve the desired look of a professional salon ensuring the pupils gain first-hand experience in an appropriate working environment. Signs Express (Norwich) were able to complete the installation of both the internal and external signs before Hellesdon High School held it's open day in December, giving parents and students a chance to look at the new facility and officially launching the salon. It's really made the salon come to life and added the professional look and feel of a working salon which we were trying to achieve.
