The flood destroyed infrastructure, equipment and documents upon which the business relied, but this did not affect their resolve, as they quickly set up temporary offices and relied upon the support of the Signs Express network to make sure that work flow never halted. Such was their entire team’s determination, their production carried on and the process of getting back on their feet was extraordinarily short, with the centre back up and running as normal by February 2016. Not only that, but they have managed to exceed their sales targets throughout this year and had one of their best years to date.
