LT Foods (UK)
At Signs Express (Harlow) we were excited to see a new global brand company moving into a new neighbouring 100,000 square foot warehouse facility in River Way, Harlow.
LT Foods (UK), an Indian-origin global FMCG company, has expanded it's UK footprint by opening a new state-of-the-art facility in Harlow. The establishment aims to meet the growing demand for rice and rice-based food products. As a completely new build warehouse, the client approached us to design and supply signage and graphics to turn their blank canvas into a fully bespoke space reflecting their Indian origins and rice brands, both inside and out.
The project was split down over 3 areas:
External Signage
- Main fascia consisting of high level logo - 3D lettering and tag line - halo illuminated powder coated sign spanning 4.5 metres in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Panel and post entrance sign
- 15 x freestanding feather flags, each displaying LT Foods brand.
Warehouse Signage
- Racking signage consisting of 6 metre tall heavy duty printed banners fixed to the end of each racking structure showcasing Group values.
- Large format product promotional banners, each 6.5 metres x 3.7metres.
- Plant area banners featuring inspirational quotes, this time 9 metres x 1500mm.
- Custom printed graphic spanning over 16 metres installed to the inside of sealed brick wall of main structure featuring the Indian heritage of rice production.
Given the overall height of the warehouse (circa 15 metres) all warehouse signage required installation by our IPAF qualified teams working from multiple access equipment.
Offices, Meeting Rooms and Reception
- Reception signage consisting of LT Foods powder coated logo and acrylic lettering DAAWAT.
- 'Meet the owners wall' - a display designed to incorporate 24 mounted acrylic pockets (for easy document changes) and 3D lettering.
- Lift door vinyl wrapped in brand logo/colours.
- Full length of training room wall installed with one piece wallpaper detailing company Core Values.
- Main office installed with 4 metre printed wall graphic designed to feature timeline of company origins.
- Directional acrylic hanging signs and door nameplates.
- Frosted vinyl manifestations applied to first floor and canteen windows.
- meeting rooms, offices and telephone booths given a bespoke look branded with full colour custom wall graphics.
The full project was successfully installed over the course of 2 weeks to meet the deadline set for the company's grand opening.
LT Foods (UK) Ltd were very pleased with the overall quality and execution of the whole project and how the new signage effectively showcases the heritage of their brand in a contemporary way.
