Awarded for their incredible full-wrap of a double-decker bus, Signs Express (Bedford) worked closely with Bombardier to ensure they delivered a show-stopping graphic. The Bombardier bus will be used at events for advertising and entertaining, and even has an integrated bar. Our older staff especially appreciated the history behind the bus – more than 2800 were made between 1954 and 1968. Good vehicle graphics always provide great advertising and the Bombardier bus is an outstanding example of an effective and charming project”. The sheer size of the double-decker meant this was a challenging project since it was too large to fit in the dedicated vehicle bay the Bedford centre has on site. As such, the team used a local warehouse to create a controlled environment to install the graphics. One-way vision film was used alongside vehicle-grade vinyl to seamlessly continue the graphics over the windows of the bus resulting in a truly striking result and a happy client.
