Signs Express (Bedford) was recently approached by the Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire Road Policing Unit to supply a vehicle decal on all of their marked patrol vehicles in the build up to Remembrance Sunday. To support the idea put forward by the police unit, Signs Express (Bedford) owner Rob Weall supplied the work based on just the cost of materials price to ensure all 30 police vehicles could display the poppy. The decals have also been extended to a further 25 dog units in Cambridgeshire. The poppy decal will feature on the vehicles to commemorate the 100-year anniversary of the end of World War 1 on 11th November 1918. Signs Express (Bedford) owner Rob says, “I was delighted to be asked to support the project, having been a supporter of Remembrance Day for many years now, I jumped at the chance to be involved”. On the back of the success of the project, Rob and his team will be supporting a similar invitation with the Cambridgeshire Fire Services.
