Stainless steel letters and interior wall graphics for St Ambrose College Altrincham

Mr Jonathan Liesk from St Ambrose College in Altrincham contacted us regarding updating the signage at the premises, they had a number of mission statements and proverbs Jonathan wanted to be visible to the public but more importantly the students attending the school. There were some challenging aspects to the project as some of the internal lettering needed to be fitted 4 metres up on the face of 2 curved fascia walls inside the main hall of the building, once we surveyed the site it was decided a scaffold tower would be used to access each area in order to apply the letters internally. Outside against the pale colour of the entrance walls we suggested stainless steel for the legends both in mirror and brushed finish, giving different effects from every angle viewed and accompanied with the schools shield meant a striking end product. Working closely with the colleges safety officer, Tom Moran, allowed us to be as safe as possible, whilst not causing any disruption to the everyday working of the school. We agreed a preferable time in the week where students and teachers were not in the building, and my team at Signs Express (Macclesfield) arranged to be on site for fitting the interior wall graphics and exterior letters.
