Signs Express (Newcastle) have recently carried out work with global manufacturing and distributing company, Avery Dennison on their Cramlington, Northumberland offices.
The team at Signs Express designed, manufactured and installed window graphics to the offices. The job had two elements: to design and produce frosted vinyl window graphics in the form of famous local landmarks from the Newcastle area. This was created by digitising the elements; cutting the designs out of Avery Dennison’s frosted glass vinyl and applying the graphics to several internal glass office partitions. The next part of the job was to digitally print a pattern of coloured squares on to Avery Dennison’s SF 100 ultra-clear material and again apply to glass panels in a meeting room. Adam Greaves, Signs Express (Newcastle) owner says: “We have recently opened in Cramlington and one of the key pieces of equipment on the wish list for opening was a HP335 latex printer because of the print quality and ink density which provided the standards expected from a supply partner such as Avery dennison” Jenny Merritt, Customer Service Manager says: "We have recently opened an Avery Dennison Graphics Training Centre in Milton Keynes to allow customers have hands on experience with our materials. Everything from basic to advanced techniques is covered here, with a mixture of classroom-based and practical training".
