The strips were worn by the recently formed teams 'Signs Express All Stars' and 'Signs Express Legends', which comprised local contacts, members of the Lincolnshire Rugby Squad, players from the RAF 7s professional team and even a member of the current England's U18s squad. Ian Charles, Director of Signs Express (Grantham) commented; 'All in all it was a great day, with both teams performing well, but just missing out on a final spot. The guys all enjoyed the experience and are keen to take part in further tournaments under the Signs Express banner'. Commenting on Signs Express' involvement, Barbara Bock of Elite Insurance said 'Elite are absolutely delighted that Signs Express Grantham took part in the tournament, entering not one but two impressive teams. The newly designed kit was very professional and certainly made the teams stand out from the competition.' The kits were designed using the new Signs Express corporate colours from their recent rebrand, resulting in a striking and memorable design which the centre hopes to use for many future sporting events.
